RGB LED Matrix Panel Drive Board Kit, Arduino Shield

Description Please notice this is a kit, not yet soldered. Standard on board HUB75 output to matrix panel, all break out pins for prototyping. On board DS1307 circuits for RTC timing, but not placed. On board prototype pin area. On board power supply connector, can be used to power matrix panel.
