We cut this in half had half last night the other is in the freezer for another meal in the future, as there is only 2 of us. Crackling was nice & crispy I rubbed sea salt in it, & cooked it on a high Gas for about 4o mins, then turned down to a lower gas for the rest of the cooking time, as I find if I cook the meat on athe suggested Gas the crackling doesn’t crisp up. The meat was lovely & tender,. This would make a great meal for a family.
